Thank you for donating an item or service to the 25th Annual Gala Auction.  Your donation will help us to earn much needed money to provide quality care for all the birds that come through our doors.

We are looking for vacations, cruises, event tickets, services, useful items, artwork, crafts, and any number of cool things to add to the auction. If you have something you think would make a nice donation but aren't quite sure, feel free to call us. We would love to have a conversation with you.

If you have multiple similar items, we would prefer just one. It has been our experience that multiple similar items compete with each other, diluting the bids and decreases the overall money that the RMRP makes.

Please fill out this Auction Item Donation Form  and include this with your item. You may donate your item to the Rocky Mountain Raptor Program in one of three methods listed below.

2. Deliver donation and form to The Rocky Mountain Raptor Program at the physical address below. Hours available for deliveries are 8am to 5pm Monday through Friday.

3. We would be happy to pick up your item if you are in Northern Colorado.  Call us to make arrangements: 970-484-7756.

After the receipt of your item a letter of thanks will be mailed to you for your records. Your donation may be tax deductible. Please see your tax adviser.

Deadlines:
February 10, 2018: Complete donation must be received by this date to be included in the 2018 auction.

March 3, 2018: 25th Annual Gala Auction and Dinner. Doors open at 5pm.
