Reece graduated from Colorado State University in 2025 with a degree in sociology. She brings experience in fundraising, donor relations, community outreach, and customer engagement. Prior to joining RMRP, she supported donor stewardship and alumni engagement as a student associate with CSU’s College of Veterinary Medicine and Biomedical Sciences.

Her background also includes community outreach with the Alzheimer’s Association as well as supporting various other aging related non-profit groups in the area. Reece is passionate about connecting people with meaningful causes and is excited to help advance RMRP’s mission to give injured raptors A Second Chance at Freedom.
