Rocky Mountain Raptor Program will be on display in the pavilion to discuss what makes eagles so cool. While we won’t have any live educational ambassadors on display we will have educational materials to learn from. The City of Fort Collins Natural Areas Master Naturalists will have spotting scopes set up at the reservoir to observe the wintering and local bald eagles.
The entrance to Fossil Creek Reservoir Natural Area is on Carpenter Road/ CR 32, approximately one mile west of I-25, or two miles east of Timberline on the north side of Carpenter Road; the approximate address is 3340 Carpenter Road.
